Startup Process

  • Sign up for the service and complete a short onboarding survey to give us the information we need to kick off the project.
  • Once your signup process is completed, a project manager will get in touch to confirm your subscription along with a start-up guide to summarize the production process.
  • The production team will gather and coordinate all the content and design requirements from your existing website. This will be done behind the scenes.
  • Once your editor and designer have completed their tasks, your project manager will send you the mock-up so you can see if you would like to make any changes.
  • This subscription includes only one (1) design concept/mock-up of the brochure. Additional design concepts will incur a $100 charge per concept/mock-up.
  • A final review process will be conducted. Once you approve, we’ll send over the PDF and all other necessary files you need to print and edit on your end.
  • This production and review cycle will take approximately 15 business days.
